Rusty Swafford on February 26, 2013 regarding the proposed license renewal for the S outh Texas project, Units 1 and 2. The proposed license renewal would not involve any new construction actitivities or changes to the current operation of the South Texas project's Units 1 and 2. The NRC ha s concluded that continued operation during the 20-year license re newal period would not adversely affect Essential Fish Habitat (EFH). NMFS HCD concurs with this conclusion. No further EFH consultation is required for this renewal action.
