Dear Mr. Powell:

This letter provides notification of a change to the Environmental Project Manager assigned to the South Texas Project (STP) license renewal review. Effective immediately. Mr. Tam Tran will be the Environmental Project Manager for STP. Mr. John Daily remains responsible for the safety review as the Safety Project Manager.
