Dear Mr. Sunseri:

On May 11, 2010, representatives of Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation met with NRC personnel at the New Strawn Community Center to discuss the Wolf Creek Generating Station

performance for the NRC inspection period from January 1 through December 31, 2009. The list of attendees, a copy of the licensee's presentation, and a copy of the NRC's presentation are included as Enclosures 1, 2 and 3.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADA MS).
