NRC Docket No. 50-395A | |||
==Dear Sir:== | |||
The Department of Justice (" Department") requests an extension of time through February 5, 1981 for the filing of comments on the matters raised by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (" Commission") in its Order of January 15, 1981 in the above captioned matter.
The importance of the matters upon which the Commission has asked the Department to comment require careful analysis and evaluation. The Department will be unable to meet the January 30, 1981 deadline. The Department has contacted the parties to this proceeding and they have no objection to the Department receiving an extension of time until February 5, 1981. Thus, the Department respectfully requests that the time within which to comment on all issues raised by the Commission be extended through February 5, 1981. ,
Respectfully submitted, cznL! [bt.. th(-

& GAS COMPANY and SOUTH CAROLINA PUBLIC SERVICE AUTHORITY (Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit 1)
NRC Docket No. 50-395A
Dear Sir:
[bt.. th(-
