• No corrosive problems have been identified to date with the D-75 model Steam Generators.

• There has been no chemical cleaning performed on the Steam Generators.

All three Steam Generators were inspected 100% on the secondary side during the 1996 refueling.

• This decisinn would pose no threat to nuclear safety nor would it affect steam l generator performance.

SCE&G will continue to monitor steam generator performance during cycle 11, and if conditions were to change significantly, we would reevaluate our decision.
