The recirculation check valve was removed and two ofeces of f a 4 lone and one-half inch plastic fire hose nozzle were discovered in the valve. The line 1 o s Iwas flushed and a new valve installed. The surveillance test was repeated and a third l o 6 Diece of the nozzle was found in the valve.
