Re: Turkey Point Units 3 8 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 8 50-251 Pump 5 Valve Inservice. Test-Program Please find attached the revised pump and valve Inservice Test Program for Unit 3. The program shall be conducted in accordance with the 1980 Edition of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (through winter 1980 Addenda) except for specific relief requested in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55 a (g) (5)

(iii). The program is applicable for the period December 14, 1982theto previous December 14, 1992. Attachment A of thi s submittal is intended to replace program described in Attachment B of our Technical. Specification Amendment r equest submitted in L-79-52, dated March 6, 1979.

The revised Inservice Test Program for Unit 4 will be submitted by March 7, 1983.

This program has been reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and 'the Florida Power 5 Light Company Nuclear review board.
