I am responding to your November 17,1998, letter and facsimile notice of the same day l
indicating that Battelle no longer disputes invoices AM3285-95, AM6362-96, and AM5133-97, and that payment was sent via EFT that day. You also requested that we consider the payment timely due to the complicated issues involved in the invoices. While our letter of October 21, 1998, extended the interest-free waiver period to November 14,1998, we agree to further extend that period to November 17,1998, and all interest and late charges have been waived.
