OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR JULY 2003 The plant operated at essentially full power (at greater than 99%) until July 1 at 0958, when power was reduced to approximately 87% due to closure of the #2 Turbine Stop Valve. The stop valve was repaired and the plant returned to essentially full power on July 7'. The plant completed the month at essentially full power.
