Q l At 081$ hours following a Bank D insertion to 190 steps due to a positive delta l o , I flux, analog rod position l'ndicator (ARPI) channels !!2, P8, F10 and al0 indicated l g l greater than 12 steps from demand. They and the associated Bank D rods were l o s I dec'lared inoperable as per Technical Specifications 3.1.3.1 and 3.1.3.2. Power l g l op.= ration continued when the four ARPIs re-entered their operating band withi'n the l o , l allowed 1-hour stabilization period of Technical Specification 3.1.3.2.
