Attachment 1 provides the addition of ASME Code Case N-328 to the PVNGS FSAR Table 5.2-2 list of code cases used on PVNGS for your information. This Code Case has been determined suitable for use per the NRC Regulatory Guide 1.84, Revision 20 dated November, 1982,

-as allowed by 10CFR50.55a (footnote 6).

Use of this code case was discussed in the reference letter (DER-84-09,Section I and III).
