Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos 50-250 and 50-25 I Proposed License Amendment Inte rated Schedule Pursuant to IO CFR 50.90 we hereby request an amendment to Facility Operating Licenses DPR 3 I and DPR 4I for Turkey Point Units 3 & 4, respectively. The amendment adds a license condition that requires the implementation of the Company's Plan for the Integrated Scheduling of Plant Modifications for Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 (the Plan). In accordance with IO CFR 50.30, three signed originals and forty copies of this request are being submitted.

The Plan describes the responsibilities of the NRC and the Company; provides a summary description of the Company's Integrated Schedule Program; describes the Integrated Schedules (I/Ss); describes the mechanisms for changing the I/Ss; describes the periodic reporting requirements; and describes the mechanism for changing the Plan. In submitting the Plan, we understand that we are not waiving our rights to request hearings, or to challenge, pursuant to established NRC regulations, any order which may be issued by the Commission which may affect the I/S.

We believe that our current I/S schedules both NRC originated and Company originated tasks in a manner which ensures the continued safe, prudent, reliable and economic operation of Turkey Point, and that it properly reflects relative priorities and available resources in accordance with the philosophy of Integrated Scheduling.

We are presently in the process of scheduling our l987 and subsequent activities, including those activities to be accomplished during our Unit 3 outage next spring, and it is our desire that the license amendments be approved at the earliest possible time. It is also our desire that, upon approval of our license amendments, any outstanding confirmatory orders be rescinded.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed and approved by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power Bc Light Company Nuclear Review Board.

ln accordance with IO CFR 50.9(b)(l), a copy of the proposed amendment is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.

ln accordance with IO CFR l70.I2(c), FPL Check No. 3290 for $ I50.00 is attached.
