This refers to the meeting conducted at your staff's request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 18, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the risk significance of the inspection finding documented in Inspection Report 05000369, 370/2008008. This finding concerned the apparent failure to take adequate corrective action related to implementation of a safety-related service water strainer backwash system. A list of attendees, a copy of our presentation, and a copy of your presentation handout are enclosed.
