OF THE JULY 12, 2016, PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE REGARDING BYRON NUCLEAR POWER STATION On July 12, 2016, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) held a public open house to discuss the 2015 annual assessment results for Byron Nuclear Power Station at Room 107 of the Byron Nuclear Power Station Training Building. The purpose of the open house was to provide an opportunity for the public to discuss NRC activities, nuclear power issues and Byron Nuclear Power Station performance for the period of January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. The NRC letter and meeting notice for this open house can be found in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) as ML16172A281 and ML16172A287, respectively. Enclosed are attendee lists for the meeting.
 
The NRC provided discussions related to the NRCs assessment of Byron Nuclear Power Station performance, which was documented in the March 2, 2016, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letter (reference ADAMS Accession Number ML16060A254). As part of this open house, both Exelon and Illinois Emergency Management Agency representatives were also available to address questions and concerns. Throughout the open house, members of the public were given the opportunity to ask questions of NRC officials.
