Dear Mr. Knighton:

Attached is a copy of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). The subject document is being submitted in accordance with and to support the PVNGS Technical Specifications.

The attached ODCM is intended to be used for all three PVNGS Units. For PVNGS Unit 1, the changes to the currently approved ODCM will be submitted in our semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release and Waste Disposal Report in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.8. We are submitting the attached ODCM at this time for Units 2 and 3.

If you have any questions concerning the ODCM, please contact Mr. W. F. Quinn of my staff.
