The following issues were discussed during the telephone conference call:1.Upon review of revision 3 of the VYNPS AMP/AMR/TLAA Audit Question and Answerdatabase (ADAMS Accession number ML062200562), staff required clarification of the applicant's response to audit item 318. Item 318 states: "The [cumulative usage factor] CUF values in LRA Table 4.3-1 that are based onNUREG CR 6260 are not applicable to VY and need to be removed and theissue addressed. Please clarify the commitment to perform a fatigue re-analysis to be used to address environmental impact. The re-analysis needs to be made to a single code date."  The staff requested that the applicant make the appropriate changes to Table 4.3-3 aswhere done to Table 4.3-1. In addition, the staff disagreed with the wording of the commitment. In part 2 of the commitment, the applicant states that "....locations with a validCUF may be substituted for..."  The staff's position is that the locations addressed are a minimum, and that the use of the word "substituted" is inaccurate. The staff requested thatapplicant consider modifying its commiment.Discussion:  The applicant indicated that the question is clear. The applicant indicated thatthey would consider the request and modify the response accordingly. The applicant indicatedthat any changes would appear in the net revision of the question and answer database.2. The staff had a question concerning the applicant's license renewal commitments #27 and#29. The staff's position is that the applicant must submit analysis for NRC review andapproval two years prior to the period of extended operation. The commitments indicated that only submittal for review was required.Discussion:  The applicant indicated that the question is clear and the commitments would bereworded. The revised commitments would appear in a forthcoming letter.}}
