The staff's preliminary position on this AMP was reevaluated. The staff's reevaluation resulted in the applicant needing to reinstate the AMP with modifications to the program. Based on the discussion with the applicant, the applicant indicated that this concern is clear and it will be addressed in a future letter to the NRC.
