Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.82(a)(7), NorthStar Vermont Yankee, LLC (VY), is submitting an updated Decommissioning Cost Estimate (DCE) table. In the above reference, VY submitted a Revised Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (Revised PSDAR) which contained a revised DCE table, titled Decommissioning Annual Spend Plan.
The DCE has been updated to reflect the actual annual project costs through December 31, 2021. The revised table reflects no change to the original Total Decommissioning Costs but does reflect a change in the sequence in which the costs were incurred. The revised table also reflects expected future costs for the projects remaining periods. The revised DCE table is attached.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
