Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR Appendix E,Section V, "Imple-menting Procedures", Nebraska Public Power District is submitting one copy of the following EPIPs:

5.7.5, Revision 2, General Emergency Implementing Procedure 5.7.13 Revision 3, Personnel Monitoring and Decontamination 5.7.15, 2evision 3, Rescue and Re-Entry It should be noted that 5.7.5, which was transmitted to you by my letter dated January 18, 1984 (NLS8400040), was identified as 5.7.2.

EPIP 5.7.5 had an incorrect procedure number on the bottom of the first page and is now being resubmitted with this number corrected.
