South Texas Project Revision 22 Principal Changes Part A. Houston Lighting _& Power Company (HL&P QAPD)
The following sections were revised to reflect the present organization and assignment of responsibilities.
< Section 1.0
- 1. Previous Paragraph 1.4 b was deleted. The Manager, Nuclear Engineering no longer has Project activities. The subsequent subparagraphs were renumbered accordingly.
- 2. Paragraph 1.5.2 was revised to clarify responsibilities for the Manager, Engineerin5 and Licensing; added Licensing personnel.
- 3. Paragraph 1.5.3 was revised due to minor clarification of the responsibilities of the Principal Engineer, Project Site.
- 4. Previous Paragraphs 1.5.4 and 1.5.5 were deleted. Responsibilities delineated in these paragraphs are now assigned to icwer tier management levels. The subsequent paragraphs wet'e renumbered accordingly.
- 5. Paragraph 1.5.4 (previous Paragraph 1.5.6) was revised to incorporate new title and reporting structure; title now is Project Controls Program Director.
- 6. Paragraph 1.5.5 (previnus Paragraph 1.5.7) was revised to incorporate new title and responsibilities; title now is Manager, Records Management System.
- 7. Paragraph 1.5.6 was revised to incorporate new title and responsibilities; title now is Manager, Technical Services. !
- 8. Added new Paragraph 1.5.7 to describe the responsibilities for the new position of Manager, Records Management and Document Control.
- 9. Previous Paragraph 1.5.11 was deleted; this department no longer has Project activities.
- 10. Paragraph 1.6.4 was revised; inspection verification is now Surveillance /
Effectiveness Inspection.
