Dear Mr. Morey:
Thank you for your response of November 14, 1997, to our Notice of Violation ,
issued on October 20, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Farley facility.
Based on cur telephone conversation with Mr. Ajulin and other members of your staff.on November 25, 1997, we understand that, with the June 13, 1997, revision to your program, all required systems and functions had l'een included in the Maintenance Rule scope. Also, the applicable corrective actions taken to implement unavailability tracking for the 22 systems noted in our Notice Of Violation included all systems and functioris that had been added to your program on June 13, 1997. We further understand that all corrective actions, including the 3-year historical review for the new SSCs added to the-Maintenance Rule scope, will be completed by January 10, 1998, We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
