By letters dated July 18, 1994 and October 9, 1995, Duke Power Company submitted a proposed Technical Specification (TS)

Amendment requesting separate volumes for Unit 1 and Unit 2 at McGuire and Catawba Nuclear Stations. Since the original submittal, numerous amendments to the Facility Operating License have been issued for McGuire Nuclear Station which are included in this supplement. We are providing the entire ,

p nposed TS pages for Unit 1 and Unit 2 of McGuire Nuclear Station along with a summ'.ry of recently issued license amendments affecting TS pages and editorial errors found during the review by the NRC Staff and our own internal review. Markups of the editorial errors are provided.

Attachment I of the original submittal of July 18, 1994 (technical discussion, justification for the proposed changes, and the no significant hazards analysis) are still valid. The enclosed Attachment II provides the proposed TS pages for McGuire Nuclear Station printed with the appropriate amendment number for issuance by the NRC. Attachment III provides the summary of changes associated with this supplement including markups. I Pursuant to 10 CFR 50. 91 (b) (1) , a copy of this amendment request has been provided to the appropriate North Carolina l state official.
