Clarification needed on last paragraph of'cause of Event. LER l-90-007 " Inadequately Monitored Liquid Effluent Release". Tech. Spec. 3.3.3.9 Action Statement

The board recommended approval of LER 1-90-6, "Insa of offsite Power Imade to Site Arsa Energency*, with The' vote was 5:0. No unreviewed safety comment. question involved. Note t. R. L. ImGrand abstained from the vote due to insufficient review time. The comments are as follows:
- Section F.2.b - Reword to 3 times per week - Add additional wording to 2.b.
- Root cause 2) - Include setpoint of 200 F.
Root Cause 2) - Add that the switch
" mechanically" was reset.
- Section F.2.b - Wording on valid failures, etc. ,
should be in a separate paragraph.

was previously approved (PRB-90-57, 4/12/90) with ' consents. J. E. Swartzwelder returned the procedure to discuss withdrawal of the comments based on guidelines in the E0P writer's guide.
