AFFIDAVIT OF JANEM A.
RATLEY I JAMES A. BAILEY, being duly sworn State as follows:
1.
I am currently employed by Southern Nuclear oyrating Company as Licensing Servicon Manager for the Vogtle Project in Birmingham, Alabama.
In 1990, I was employed by the Georgia Power Company and performed the same function but my title was Manager-Nuclear Licensing for the Vogtle Project.
2.
As the Licensing Manager in the corporate office, I would normally have participated in the developnont of LER 90-00G on April 19, 1990.
- Ilowever, in this particular caso, I wan vacationing with my family in Hawaii during the timo frame in which the LER was being preparod.
3.
As evidence of my trip to Hawaii, the attached Exhibit A is a picture of my wife and son as well as a receipt for purchases made on April 16, 1990, while in Hawaii.

Several months ago I attempted to obtain a copy of my detailed hotel bill, but was informed by the hotel that it does not retain j
