Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Pursuant to Technical Specifications 6.9.1.8 and 6.9.1.9 attached are radio-active effluent release reports for the period July - December, 1981. This includes summaries of solid waste shipments, liquid effluent releases and gaseous effluent releases. Dose assessments are included for the liquid and gaseous effluent releases as outlined in the McGuire Offsite Dose Calculation Manual. This report also demonstrates compliance with 40 CFR 190 as discussed in Section 3.3 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.

The annual summary of hourly meteorological data for 1981 is in the process of being compiled into form for submittal and is expected to be complete by March 19, 1982.
