personnel to perform an alignment.to do a hydro on Waste Gas . i (WG) Compressor A piping. In order to perform the hydro - IWG-30-(COMPRESSOR A. RELIEF) would,have to be gagged. ,; Chemistry assumed that.the valve would be torqued suchLthat.
- it:vould not.open; however,. Maintenance ~ pulled the valve out 1 of the-systam to install'a' blank flange. During the time ;
