Dear Mr. Gleason:

The Missouri Public Service Commission (MPSC), by and through the Office of General Counsel, has requested and received permission from Mr. John Reed for a one-week extension to Tuesday, July 13, 1982, to respond to the above-captioned interrogatories in this proceeding.

The MPSC respectfully requests that the Board permit the FTSC one additional week to July 13, 1982, to file its Answers to Interrogatories. The r ason for the requested extension is to allow all of the Commissioners an opportunity to review the draft Answers finalized by this Office Monday, July 5. This request is not intended, nor will it cause any delay or hinder the schedule of proceedings as Ordered i ,- the Board in the MEMORANDUM AND HEARING SCHEDULE ORDER, dated June 9, 1982.

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
