FEMA 0FFSITE EXERCISE REPORT - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR POWER PLANT Please find enclosed a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's

-(FEMA) Report dated September 24, 1993, for the offsite portion of the Sequoyah Nuclear Power Plant Exercise on June 20-25, 1992.

No deficiencies were identified during the exercise. However, the offsite

evaluation, team identified nine Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA), and

forty Areas Recommended for Improvement (ARI).

We encourage you w assist the appropriate State and local organizations in resolving these ARCAs and ARIs prior to the next full-scale emergency

preparedness exercise.
