On June 29, 1982, LILC0 filed motions to strike portions of the testimony filed by Suffolk County on contentions SC 3/ SOC 8, SC 21, and SC 27/ SOC 3.

The NRC Staff supports all three motions to strike on the grounds that the testimony indicated exceeds the scope of the contentions. The Staff has nothing further to add to the rationale outlined by LILC0 in their motions.
