The Commission
- met (pursuant to 10 CFR 2.785(d) and its inherent supervisory power over pending adjudicatory proceedings) to hear oral argument by interveners, licensee, and NRC legal staff on the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's decision dismissing from the proceeding, LBP-88-24, the interveners to Long Island Light Company's Shoreham Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
