Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-416/417 File 0272/15525/15526 PRD-80/07, Status Report #2, Inadequate Quality Assurance Program Employed by Fisher Controls AECM-80/111 This deficiency pertains to inadequacies noted in the quality assurance program employed by Fisher Controls. These inadequacies pertained to controls on the processing of non-pressure retaining parts and components which were safety related. Other background information pertaining to this Potentially Reportable Deficiency (PRD) is provided in our initial report on this matter, AECM-80/70, dated April 4, 1980.

We are continuing to evaluate the QA program employed by Fisher Controls and the rationale used for determining reportability. We now expect to provide our final report no later than June 26, 1980.
