The enclosed Safety Analysis for the AFRRI TRIGA Reactor Facility, License USNRC R-814 in Docket 50-170, is submitted for review. This document, as prepared by the engineering consultant firm of Dames and Moore with assistance from the facility staff, is based on the current physical conditions at the reactor facility. It incorporates all known aspects of the facility as it pertains to conditions resulting from operation under the purposed Technical Specifications as recently submitted to USNRC.
