the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (license R-84, docket 50-170) reactor operator requalification program submittal >

of 06 August 1993 is modified as follows: ,

1. On page 2, section V.A., add a lecture on Plant  ;

Protection Systems and Facility Interlocks. j

2. Beginning at the top of page 4, a new section is added '

to detail the recovery program required to reinstate an operator who has not satisfactorily completed on-the-job training requirements. ,

margin of the attached proposed revision (completely reprinted).
