Dear Mr. Mendonca:

l The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) will conduct an annual emergency drill on 4 November 1996.

The drill will consist of a simulated incident requiring activation of AFRRI's emergency response team and possible evacuation of the building.

This drill will be broad in scope and will involve National l

Naval Medical Center and Montgomery County as well as internal AFRRI emergency response assets.

We invite you to observe the drill and attendant functions.

We will hold a meeting for all l

controllers and evaluators at 1400 on 1 November 1996 in the

AFRRI conference room.
