In accordance with 10 CRF 50.54p, the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) I-5ysical Security Plan has changed. The changed Plan (reissue no. 3) has been prepared and reviewed by the Reactor Facility Director and found to have no decrease in e f fectiveness. This was concurred with by the Reactor and Radiation Facility Safety Committee after a review of the changes. Subsequent to that occurrence, the changes were made effective 1 April 1986.

Enclosed are 12 copies of the complete plan as reissued along with the summary of the presentation explaining the changes.
