In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54p, the AFRRI Physical Security Plan has been changed. 'lhe changed Plan (reissue no. 2) has been reviewed by the Reactor Facility Director and found to have no decrease in effectiveness. This conclusion was concurred with by the Reactor and Radiation Facility Safety Committee after a review of the changes. Subsequent to that concurrence, the changes were made, effective 2 April 1985.

Enclosed are 12 copies of the complete Plan as reissued, along with a summary of the presentation explaining the changes. j
