Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this letter is to transmit proposed changes .to the Technical Specifications to Facility License R-84 for the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute ( AFRRI) TRIGA reactor. These changes are offered for inclusion in the Technical Specifications as proposed in Amendment No.17, not yet issued by the Commission, and reflect administrative changes within the AFRRI.
Enclosed are the following proposed changes:
- a. A Table of Contents, pages i and 11, for the Technical Specifications to be placed immediately prior to page 1 of the Technical Specifications.
- b. A new page 27 showing the new facility organization, Figure 6.2-1.
- c. A new page 28, replacing the Research Program Coordinator with the Chairman, Scientific Support Department, St.: tion 6.5.1.2(a)(2).
