Commission approval as authorized by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). l l

The changes made do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and are detailed  !

in the attached memorandum (Attachment 1). The new plan has been approved by the '

AFRRI Reactor and Radiation Facility Safety Committee and is submitted at Attachment  !

Physical Security Plan is not in the public Interest, and as such this Plan is to be '

withheld from pub!!c disclosure.
