The Armed Forces Radlobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) proposes to modify j
the Emerzenev Plan for the AFRRI TRIGA Reactor Facility to better reflect current conditions at AFRRI and streamline the plan for ease of use. This is a supplement to the plan submitted on April 10, 1990. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p), the. proposed plan has been reviewed to ensure that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness-of the plan. Attached is a comparison of the-
'I current and proposed plans. This comparison consists-of a correlation of the i
equivalent parts of the two plans. The result of this comparison shows that the safeguards effectiveness of the plan is maintained.
