Exceeded daily =axi=u= li=itatica of less than 100 ng/l for TSS.

3 Descriptien cf Incident:

On 5-7-79 the neutrali:er tank discharge =easured 175 =g/l TSS.

The higher TSS discharged resulted frc an cperating errer whereby the cencentration of TSS within the nsutralizer tank was not checked prior te discharge.
