Docket No. 50-148 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-21 AMENDMENT N0. 9 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-21, between The University of Kansas and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November 19,1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount "5140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
