I wish to supplement the information in my letter to you of October 26, 1978. I do this as a result of a telephone conversation Air. W M. Dickers on had with ou r rea ctor supe rviso r.
We have checked our Cile of procedures to see that all supe rseded procedures are clearly so ma rked and they w ere. In the future we v.ill make a point of so marking any procedure which becomes superseded.
This should a' cert any repetition of the generic problem of operation with a supe rseded procedure.
