ORDER TERMINATING FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-78 FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS RESEARCH REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Order that terminates Facility License No. R-78 for the University of Kansas research reactor in accordance with your application dated December 17, 1990, as supplemented on January 4,1993.
In connection with the license termination, we are enclosing two copies of Amendment No. 12 to Ind wnity Agreement No.E-21.
Please sign and return one copy to this office.
A copy of the Order, which is being sent to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, the safety evaluation and the environmental assessment associated with this action are enclosed.
