There are two changes in personnel associated with the nuclear reactor facility, Facility License R-78.
1.
Professor Russell B. Mesler has returned from sabbatical leave.
2.
Mr. Hobart O. Woody has retired from the University. Since it is our intention to shut down and return all nuclear fuel.to the DOE within the near future, he will not be replaced.
