Fisher of this office'and Dr. Harold Rosson of your staff on October 29 and 30, 1986, regarding an enforcement conference to be held at the NRC's Region IV office in Arlington, Texas on Tuesday, November 4, 1986, at 9:30 a.m.

This conference is being held at the NRC's request to discuss inspection findings identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-148/86-01. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
