Dear Mr. Madsen:
After consultation with Dr. Russell Mesler I wish to reply to your letter of December 20 referring to an inspection of our facilities.
The corrective step which has been taken was to submit the change to the new linear amplifier to our Nuclear Reactor Committee for review.
The result of this step was that the review was completed October 31, 1979.
To avoid further violations, the administrative responsibilities of the Nuclear Reactor Committee will be discussed at the next committee mee tin g.
The date full compliance was achieved was October 31, 1979.
