Your letter of July 1 to Dr. Russell Mesler regarding our Physical Security Plan requests response by July 31. Dr. Mesler is away from the campus for the summer and will return on or about August 15.
It would be best for Dr. Mesler to attend to this matter himself so I re-quest that the response time be extended to September 15, 1981.
