This refers to your letter dated October 4,1985.
On November 4,1985. Mr. Booker Evans informed us that the Chicago Operations Office of the Department of Energy was proceeding to make arrangements with Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the acceptance of your excess unirradiated high enriched uranium (HEU) fuel. It is our understanding that the shipment from your facility will be accomplished within two to four weeks. Therefore, you should be in compliance with the time restraints stated in the Show Cause Order.
Should any difficulties arise which would preclude you from shipping the HEU within 120 days of the date of the Show Cause Order, it will be necessary for you to apply to the Comission for an extension of time.
