  • Salem 2 began the month at approximately 100% power.
  • On 12/12/05, power was reduced to approximately 89% for turbine valve testing. Power was subsequently reduced to approximately 64% power due to the 22 West Reheat Stop Valve 22RS 11 not reopening. Repairs were made to the valve and power was returned to approximately 100% on 12/16/05 and remained at 100% for the rest of the month.
