- Salem 1 began the month at approximately 100% power.
- On September 16, power was reduced to approximately 47% due to a 500kv line outage. Powerwas returned to 100% on September 17.
- On September 25, the unit was manually shutdown for maintenance on the feedwater regulating valves and the digital electro hydraulic control system. The unit was placed back on-line on September 28, and was returned to approximately 100% power later that day.
- At the end of the month, Salem 1 completed 2 days of continuous on-line operation.
